    Terms and conditions

    We will review your listing in the order it was received. You will receive an email when your listing is approved or rejected. Please allow 3-5 business days for our response.

    If your submission is approved, and you make any changes to your listing (no matter how small), your listing will be deactivated, and it will have to go through our approval process again.

    All submissions are bound by our website's Terms of Use including the section titled "Practitioner Locator Special Terms and Conditions."

    If your account becomes inactive (no purchases from our website for one year), all of your listings will automatically be removed from the locator.
