Return Policy
IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® Packages
A Major Difference (“AMD”) accepts returns of the IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® packages up to 60 days after the order delivery date for a full refund less any shipping fees (international customers, see below for a discussion on currency exchange rate changes). At AMD’s discretion, any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. This offer is limited to customers who have not previously returned their system for a refund.
Nutrition and Supplements
AMD accepts returns of nutritional products up to 30 days after the order delivery date. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and not damaged for a full refund. Opened or used products are non-refundable.
CDs and DVDs
AMD accepts returns of unopened CDs and DVDs up to 30 days after the order delivery date for a full refund. Damaged products may be exchanged for new products within 30 days. Opened products are non-refundable.
Other Products and Discontinued Items
AMD accepts returns of all other products up to 30 days after the order delivery date, except those products listed as “discontinued.” Products must be returned unopened, unused, and not damaged for a full refund. At AMD’s discretion, any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. Opened or used products are non-refundable. All sales are final on discontinued items unless otherwise noted.
Pay-Per-Cleanse® Payment Plan and Buy Minutes purchases
The Pay-Per-Cleanse® payment plan and purchases of minutes are bound to the terms of Pay-Per-Cleanse® agreement acknowledged at sign-up. Minutes purchases are not refundable.
Books
All sales of books are final. No returns or refunds are allowed.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are non-refundable. Fees incurred for returning undeliverable packages to AMD will be deducted from any refunds due.
Rejection
Any claims for damaged, missing, or defective products must be reported to AMD within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
Changes in Currency Exchange Rates
Money-back guarantee offers are in United States Dollars only. AMD is not responsible for changes in exchange rates that may affect the refund value in your local currency for a returned product.
