• Is this unit the same as the machine that you can buy outright?

  The Pay-Per-Cleanse unit is the exact same as the unit you can purchase outright with two big difference. The rental units are not eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee, and they require minutes to run. Read more about minutes below.

• What are 'minutes?'

  You purchase prepaid minutes to run the machine. Minutes work similarly to a prepaid cell phone. Initially, the Solo comes with 300 preloaded minutes and the Premier comes with 600 minutes. Once the minutes are used, you purchase more minutes by phone or on our website. Your cost is a nominal $0.10-$0.16 per minute, depending on quantity. The minutes never expire and there are no monthly purchase requirements. You simply buy minutes as you need them.

• How do I purchase more minutes?

  The whole process is very easy and typically takes less than 2 minutes. The machine itself does not need to be hooked up to the internet or a phone line. Minutes are purchased on our website or over the phone.

• Is there a credit check?

  Nope! We do not perform any credit checks and the approval process is simply tied to your credit card clearing the down payment. This does create extra risk on our end, so all we ask is that if you cannot keep your end of the deal, return the equipment to cancel the contract. This helps keep our costs down and allows us to continue to offer this plan to future customers regardless of their credit history.

• How do the payments work?

  The required down payments are $450 and $550 for the Solo and Premier packages respectively. Automatic monthly payments of $39 (Solo) and $59 (Premier) follow for the next four years, at which point you will have paid off your machine.

• Can I cancel my agreement?

  Yes! You can cancel the Pay-Per-Cleanse agreement at any time without penalty. As long as your account with us is in good standing and the machine is returned to us in good, working condition, $150 of your down payment will be refunded to you when we receive your return.

• Can I pay off my unit early?

  Yes, you can pay off the remaining balance of your Pay-Per-Cleanse agreement with no penalty.

• What happens when my unit is paid off?

  When your unit is paid off, you’ll send the rental unit back to us and we’ll send you a brand new machine that doesn’t require minutes to run.

• Is my rental unit covered under warranty?

  Yes, your system is under warranty against defects the entire time you are on the Pay-Per-Cleanse program. When you complete the payment plan after four years, you also receive the standard warranty that comes with your new unit (3 years for the Solo, and 5 years for the Premier).
