Dr. Lauren is a long time health enthusiast and organic foodie! She has been on this journey to see health restored in her family and families all across the world for about 20 years now. This journey led her to return to school to become a Naturopath in 2017 and is currently practicing virtually at Synergy Fitness & Wellness Center.
Her mission in life is to change how people view their health, and reverse the major health crisis we are experiencing all across the globe today.
